I so admire the creativity that allowed the muppets to come into existence. Hail Jim Henson!

This is crazy amazing. But as my family will tell you it makes me mentally crazy as it is a fact that trails of ants are my pet peeve.

Casa Tomada Rafael Gómez Barros

"The urban interventions are meant to represent displacement of peasants in his native Columbia [sic] due to war and violence, themes that resonate in one form or another in any country his work is displayed in. Crafted from tree branches, fiberglass, and fabric, the 2 foot ants are particularly striking when seen clustered aggressively on facades of buildings.”

I will always reblog giant ants.

This is truly terrifying.

WGC Immersion Trip - Chimbote and Trip to Chiclayo 2/07/2014 - 4/07/2014

After a seven our bus ride we all arrived in Chimbote. The group had the morning to settle into their hotel on Bolognesi road and then be welcomed and blessed at the Sister’s house in 21 de Abril. They also prepared an amazing lunch for the group which everyone enjoyed. The same day the group were able to see both the Hospice and the Santa Clara Clinic which are both ministries of the congregation.
Already on Friday afternoon we were on our way north to the costal city of Chiclayo. You can see some pictures here of us with our amazing guides, the ladies of Pusaq Warmi, at the bus station, at breakfast and in a park before visiting “El Senor de Sipan” museum.

I can completely empathized.

This artist makes art and body statements at the same time. That is meaningful.

These illustrations are incredible.

I want to live long enough to see a 3D printer in every home, or at least in my home.

In April 2012 we produced a cover on 3D printing entitled “The third industrial revolution” it inspired Kae Woei Lim, a designer at XYZ Workshop, to actually recreate it in three dimensions. The results are superb.
